Quality Control

Inspected at every stage

Every piece is hand-woven and finished before being checked individually — no automated shortcuts. All current Sea Grass products are listed to an "International Standard (Premium)" quality grade with a 10–15 year expected lifespan.

  • Manufactured through production partners holding ISO, OEKO-TEX and LEED certification
  • Natural fibres sourced and dried before weaving begins
  • Hand-woven by skilled artisans to a fixed reference sample
  • Trimmed, treated and shaped for consistent sizing
  • Piece-by-piece manual inspection before packing
  • Export cartons, with custom branding available on request
